Shipping Rates

At Juniper & Hare we want you to be delighted with your order and aim to get it to you quickly and safely.

With this in mind we offer FREE Royal Mail 48 hour tracked shipping on all orders over £40.00. Orders totalling less than £40.00 (once any coupon codes or other discounts have been applied) will be shipped via this service at a cost of £4.50.

We also offer expedited shipping using Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour which is FREE for orders totalling £65.00 or more (once any coupon codes or other discounts have been applied). We also offer this service for orders under £65.00 at a cost of £6.95.

We aim to dispatch orders the same or next day (Monday - Friday). 

During peak periods, launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended but we will always dispatch orders as soon as possible.

We ship all orders in eco-friendly packaging that can be reused, recycled or composted.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we are not currently shipping outside of the UK.

Returns

If you need to return an item, please contact us in the first instance at hello@juniperandhare.co.uk and we will do our best to put things right. 

Please note that if you do decide to return a product you must obtain proof of postage (as we will not issue a refund until a returned product has been received by us) and you remain responsible for the cost of returning an item.
